+ -1 moreI hired Joe Zipnock to remodel a bathroom for my 90 year old father-in-law. The bathroom was original from 1935 so he had his work cut out for him. The results were better than I could ever had expected. He came to work when he said he would and he did a great job of cleaning up after himself. He installed new tub, shower, vanity, toilet, line cabinet and flooring. He installed subway tile around the shower tub and called his electrician to install new outlet & switch. He trimmed out the tub as the floor wasn't level. Nice attention to detail. He painted and textured the walls and ceilings. He'll be back on the job in a few weeks for another part of the house. My father-in-law had only good things to say about Joe and we couldn't be more pleased with his skills and attention to detail. And I coordinated the remodel from Phoenix 1200 miles away via text and occasional calls. Thanks Joe. Job well done!
