About us

Little Grizzly's Property Preservation LLC is a full-scale property maintenance resource. We are specialize on the individual needs of property upkeep. We are fully equipped and insured. We consist of three teams of maintenance specialist. All new customers get a complimentary 15% off services for the first service. Annual maintenance services also receive 10 % off of regular scheduled maintenance needs on a yearly scheduled basis. Senior citizens receive 15% off on all services supplied. Commercial accounts welcome.
