The home inspectors, Michael and Roberto were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and concerns. Very personable gentlemen. I recommend them highly!

I had just closed on my house and the HOI agency said I needed a roof replacement within 30 days or I would lose my HOI. Several roofing companies wanted to wait until Spring but I could not . I contacted Victors Home Solutions and they said they could get the roof finished before my deadline. I was thrilled! They done a wonderful job! They came to my home and explained everything in detail. They showed up when they said they would and put on a beautiful roof! They returned the following week and installed the gutters. They cleaned up my yard and were very professional during the entire job. Thank you Victors Home Solution for helping me 1) Have a beautiful roof and 2) Keep my HOI!

Professional, prompt and a lot of integrity

I have called and soken on site to employess of Victors and a, getting nowhere, Promises are not kept. the job is not finished. They or you put a roof on or over bad boards. Part of the reslt has caused me additional expense and the loss of a beloved dog, Chino. He got so stressed out he had seizures on a regular basis and had to be put down because of the pain and stress. the jpb is still not complete and I will not signoff on it therefore the finance company will not be paid.

Do not even hire this company, they have no quality in there work,over priced and no respect for your property, can not speak any english.they use your electric for there work, left over trash and staples and nails. They pass the buck and give you the run around when you need something fixed that they screwed up. Had a half of a new roof put on,4 months later it is leaking in the house in various places not happy with this company at all.

Everyone was professional and worked efficiently. I was very happy with the team that was sent to complete the roofing and attic insulation. I highly recommend this company for roofing repair and replacement.

Hired Victor's Home Solutions to tear off old roof - two layers of old shingles - and install new roof. House is a ranch style duplex, two full three bedroom houses under one very large roof. Victor's uses only employees, no sub contractors. Crew showed up and started working at 6:00 am on the scheduled day, worked until almost 9:00 pm. Large crew of workers. At the end of the day the roof was done except for installing flashing around the chimney and reinstalling my satellite TV dish. They came back another day and completed that, and made sure all the gutters and downspouts were clear of any debris that might clog them. They did an excellent job of cleaning up when the job was done.

Briefly, I am very disappointed by the work quality, the customer service as well as by the price of the project. Work quality: the foreman informed me after the fact that all plywoods on the flat roof are replaced. No pictures documenting the need for replacement were shown to me. I took a look at the ripped off woods, they looked fine to me. Moreover, the workers damaged the ceiling of the sun room with multiple strings of protruding staples. Value for money: the project was way overpriced. We paid more than $15/square foot. According to Angi's calculator the price range for our area in 2023 is between $4.5 and 11/square foot. The customer service was solely profit-oriented not customer-friendly. The crew did not come at the scheduled time window but nobody informed us. When we called, we were told that somehow our project "fall through the cracks". Then they came earlier than the rescheduled time, just total chaos with their communications. When mentioning their very high price as one of the reasons to wave the extra payment for the several plywood boards installment, a superior at the company told us:"Yes, we are expensive. You should not have signed a contract with Victor&. This certainly is is an important statement for homeowners on a budget. Based on my negative experience I would suggest extreme caution to anyone considering to hire Victors home solutions.

Very professional. They were on time, completed the work as promised, cleaned up everything, and everyone is so nice. You always talk to a person on the phone. I highly recommend them. My new roof looks beautiful.

We had a good experience with Victor’s. Jose was a great salesman educating us and answering all of our questions. He also came back a second time with more samples after we changed our mind on the shingle color. He even took calls on his days off to update the contract. Great service! The day of the crew worked quickly and tried their best to keep the work clean. The caulking was especially precise! We found a few nails in our garage but knew to sweep before pulling ours cars in. Otherwise, the crew cleaned up well, and even blew off our deck to get all the little debris. We did discovered that a section of the attic was missing baffles a few weeks later but they came out super quick to get them in. Amanda and Dylan were especially helpful and pleasant to work with! They were solution oriented anytime we had questions or needed anything resolved. We recommend!

We were very impressed by their professionalism, their attentiveness from start to finish, and the organization of the worksite. They worked like a well oiled machine and completed both the house and garage roofs in less than 5 hours. And cleanup was absolutely perfect! You get what you pay for. And we felt they were well worth the money.

We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship.

A job well done. It looks great. Although the 12 month same as cash plan thru GreenSky became 6 months...don't know why.

Victorâ s Roofing sent someone who went up into the attic and roof and took videos and photos and shared with us on his computer. This was on July 12th. There was an area of concern and the roofers came out early on July 18. The project was completed in 1 day. (As a side note a neighbor had her roofing done and it took 4 days). The company has a concierge who was our point person. She was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. There was a project manager who took pictures during the process and came in to see if we had any concerns. We were able to get copies of the photos. Then someone came out and looked over the roof and asked how we felt about the process and outcome. Victorâ s was very thorough and professional. The cost wasnâ t the lowest or highest and had financing available if needed. I would highly recommend Victorâ s Roofing if you want your job done well!
