Northeast Tree & Stump Removal

It went well. This is the second time we have hired Northeast Tree. We've been satisfied and would hire them again. Several Tree companies never followed up on quote requests.

They did what they promised. They didn't do everything that we asked, One guy walked off the job. Another guy came back and fixed it but I don't think that was very professional of the first man. The second man had to come back and he wasn't supposed to do that part, but the other guy said well I'm not staying around here, and walked off. And so the other guy said well I will stay and get it done. So he ended up doing the whole job. That was really good for the second guy but not for the first one.

Rich and his crew were excellent. Did a great job removing a very large oak tree in front yard and trimming of another tree. They were on time, reasonable, great cleanup, professional and courteous. Would certainly hire again.

They did an excellent job cutting done three trees and removing the stumps and everything. They were very good they came when they were supposed to come and they were punctual.

No work performed

Extremely easy to work with. Questions were answered in a very professional and thorough manner. Crew ensured that all debris was removed. He did several minor extras at no cost. Definitely had the right equipment to handle even the very large trees. Was very careful not to damage the yard in any way. All work was completed on time and as agreed upon. We feel company surpassed our expectations. Would definitely use again on our other properties. Also would recommend to anyone who needs large tree(s) removed, even those close to dwellings.

Set up an appointment but he never showed. I even asked him to call me if he was running late. Well I guess I should have asked for a call if he wasn't coming. Very frustrating as I had to make special arrangements to leave work and be home during the day.

They came out and gave a very good and fair estimate. I know this because I have used several tree services in the past. A weather dependent date for service was given. They followed through very well. Great job done. No complaints - only compliments on their service and price.

Northeast Tree and Stump Removal took down a large maple for our neighbor and did a wonderful job and we were impressed with their efforts. So, when we needed a tree and stump service we considered them first. We contacted them on Wednesday evening to remove a tall pine that was rubbing against our power line and was very close to the telephone pole. The very next morning the owner was out and gave us a quote and said they could do the work the next day. Today is Friday and the job is complete at 9:30 a.m. The crew was fast and everyone knew their duties. The tree and a few branches from a neighboring tree were quickly taken down and chipped. All the debris was picked up and our driveway was blown off. There was no yelling or vulgar language: everyone was very respectful and professional. We are extremely happy with Northeast Tree and Stump Removal fast and affordable service.
