+ -1 moreOverall, we were disappointed that it took a week to fix our computer. Even though we asked if they made house calls, they said no on the phone. We later found out they do make house calls, and if we would have had them come to the house, it would have been fixed sooner and I could have helped them locate the important data to save.
Description of Work: They had to remove a virus form our computer. They tried to recover some data. They re-installed the operating system.
