Description of Work: I would recommend Service Master. They came when we purchased our new home and did an awesome job. The scotch guard works awesome. I will be having then come back yearly.

+ 0 moreService was pleasant and professional. The previous time we have used them, they rescheduled. This time they called on the day to come early. This was convenient for us because we were home that day, but would have been a problem on a regular day. They did a very thorough job cleaning on an old, long-stained carpet at a reasonable cost. Service was friendly and professional. The only minus was that they did not spend time removing divots in the carpet from furniture (to be fair, we did not ask ahead of time if this was included, but it has been standard when we have had carpets cleaned in other parts of the US)..
