Matrix J Technologies is a computer repair company. We have been servicing Southeast Ohio's computers for over 20 years. MJT is a small, locally owned business. Josh Kolbe is the owner and technician. We service both Mac and PC. We do on-site in-home repairs whenever possible. We have a no-fix no-pay policy, if we can't diagnose or fix the problem the customer does not pay! We accept cash, checks, and Visa/MC/AmEx/Discover at the time of the repair. We offer service plans suitable for personal computer owners and businesses.

Description of Work: I had a Log In issue . They fixed that , so I could Log In and get to all my saved data . They even tracked down some Malware and cleaned it out . I had another person look at it before them ,and he couldn't do it , so they are Quite Good at Computer Service . They answered ALL my questions and were good about replying to e mails I send asking questions. Professional Service ! I highly recommend them to others.

We took the computer to their place of business. The people there are all responsive, friendly, honest, and competent. I highly recommend them to anyone with computer problems. They explained everything they had done and charged us less than any other computer repair people in our area. We would never go to another computer repair.
Description of Work: Completely repaired my computer, which was seriously not working.
