Description of Work: Lowe's is great for finding major items such as appliances, but also for smaller house and yard needs. When there are problems, they resolve issues quickly and satisfactorily. |Their service can be very slow at times, and we have found they don't always have people for installation when required. |Overall, we are very glad to have a Lowe's in our town.

+ 1 moreWe had new kitchen cabinets, counter top and sink installed by Lowes. Also, purchased at Lowes with the help of a wonderful salesperson, Kayla, who is no longer at Lowes.

+ -1 moreThe customer service was excellent as far as getting customer satisfaction. There was a problem with the shingles not matching very well started by the first contractor, but Lowe's did resolve it to my satisfaction. I would use them again.
