We apologize that we didn't get you called back quickly. This certainly is not the "standard" for our company. We take pride in that we answer/return all calls and most often even schedule service the same day. In this situation, the office manager had to go out of town unexpectedly which left our technician running service calls and trying to return calls as well. Not an excuse, just what happened. You were on our list to call this morning. Again, we are sorry for the delay and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Description of Work: We were having problems with our refrigerator with freezer door letting air into the compartment. The service representative examined the fridge, found a leaky door seal; gave us an estimate of the cost of repair. WE decided not to repair the refrigerator because it was already over 10 years old and will get a new one. Very satisfied with the advice of Four Seasons.

Called for an appointment on 4/14/2014, Appointment was made for the next day, the service tech arrived on time, very professional explained in detail what was needed to be done didn't mind showing me even though I ask a lot of questions he didn't mind, very courteous, repaired both my dryer and washer, would most definitely refer their service to others. A very happy costumer*

DO NOT USE Four Seasons Appliance Repair! They ripped us off! They charged us $90 to spend 40 minutes here looking at our washer. Terry spent 90% of the time complaining about plastic parts of the washer and 10% of the time breaking our washer. He was an hour late to start off with, then he broke off a plastic piece on the bottom. Now it LEAKS and it never did that before. His final suggestion was to unplug and plug it back in to reset it. Then he left! I have called to request resolution, however they are unwilling to work on an acceptable compromise. BAD BUSINESS! They claim that Terry has 30 years of experience, however another reputable appliance repair in the area said he only has 10 years!

We were contacted on February 24th, 2014 by the client to diagnose a problem with their washing machine. The service call was scheduled for the next day, February 25th. We arrived and looked at the washer, along with the client, then discussed the diagnosis with them detailing what needed to be replaced and the cost of the repair. The clients declined the repair of the machine, so they paid the service call charge and we left. Five weeks later, on March 31, 2014, we received a call from the client regarding the washing machine. They indicated that the washer had started leaking after we left on February 25th and wanted to know what we were going to do about it. Although we were not made aware of the issue until 5 weeks later, we offered to do the repair that they had previously declined. However, after much discussion of possible solutions we were unable to come to an agreeable resolution.

I called Four Seasons at 8:45 am for an appointment to check out the washer and dryer in a rental property that is an hour from our residence. We were given an appt for the same afternoon. We drove down to the rental and were pleased that the repairman arrived within the half hour time frame we were given. He checked out the washer and dryer. Unfortunately the washer was too costly to repair, but the dryer was an easy fix. The gentleman was friendly and efficient. We now have Four Seasons on our list of repair people for our rental. Thank you Four Seasons!

Very nice guy and very dog friendly. I would have no hesitation whatsoever calling them again.
Description of Work: Refrigerator was making a loud noise when the compressor shut off. $80 was the initial charge for the repair guy to even come out and look at it. A little steep in my opinion. $50 would've been much more agreeable. He was about 10 minutes early for the appointment and they actually gave me a time he would be there (3:30) not a window of time. He checked several things and confirmed my suspicion that the compressor was failing and there was nothing that could be done. He told me it could last 2 days or 2 years and it wasn't worth replacing the compressor.

Same day I called, an estimate was made. Dryer was repaired the next day.

Most positive experience I've ever had with a contractor. I regret I forget his name. He gave a rough estimate, but was extremely professional and is a very dog-friendly person. I really appreciate that he's a dog person and was happy to spend time with them sniffing him so they felt comfortable with him in our basement while repairing the washer.
