We have been customers approximately 20 years. We have hardly used their services as work always done to perfection. Unfortunately, that has changed. We had an issue with our old system in December 2015. We opted to have a new system installed. Well, all went until July of this year. It started throwing codes and would shut down. It took us a week to get ahold of the company, left messages unanswered. Finally somebody answered (think Greg Vogel but not 100% sure). He said all staff been on family vacations. You would think somebody available for your customers in case of emergency but privately owned and that’s their call. It is a huge consideration for a customer considering hiring them though. He then proceeded to say he doesn’t travel that far (maybe 30 miles). I said well it wasn’t an issue when we paid you cash for the unit. He said mam you are on your own and hung up on me. We have found a new Carrier certified HVAC company and are in the process of having our initial install finished/mess cleaned up. They found our thermostat not properly installed and secondary drain not installed. Breathe easy right, WRONG!!!!! Fast forward 3 weeks later, different codes again and unit goes COMPLETELY down in this heat. They find our pressure valve out and why? When our unit was installed, they flushed our current 5/8” service line and connected new units. That would have been all well and good had we not got a bigger unit that REQUIRES a 3/4” line. The pressure valve was overworked due to wrong size line. If I can save one person the heartache we’ve gone through, it’s worth the time it took me to write this. As far as the person hanging up on me and refusing to come service their mess-they did us a favor.

They analyzed problem, determined refrigerant was low, added refrigerant. Problem is the leak for refrigerant was not identified - I have no idea how long before I am without heat pump again.

Came at time I needed them is no "sometime between 8 and noon"... Quickly dx problem and explained it to me....bboth workers professional and friendly.

The workers are very nice and knowledgeable, installed security light and fixed a couple outlets, even fixed an outlet that we did not ask them too because we had not noticed it was broken so it was nice for them to go above and beyond

They are always great! Five stars every time I use them.

I had an emergency with the wires and they arrived in 15 minutes.

I scheduled an estimate and was given four different budget options. I was able to schedule the work within a week even during the busiest time of year for A/C repair. All of the staff were professional and friendly and the work was excellent. They kept everything clean and neat while they were working, showed up on time every day, and completed the work within budget with no extra costs or unforeseen issues. I would definitely hire them again for any HVAC work I would need in the future.

They are good at answering questions and explaining. We were concerned about our electrical wiring as we have an older home. They were good at explaining kind of how the system worked and what we need to be concerned with. They are friendly service people. When having someone in the house, it's kind of important to have someone trustworthy sounding. They are pretty easy to get a hold of in terms of getting someone scheduled to come out.
