+ -1 moreThis firm was contracted with to deep edge, clean-up, and mulch all my flower beds during the early Spring 2023. His crew showed up when agreed to and worked all day. I was incapacitated at the time do to knee replacement surgery and reason why I couldn't do the work myself. At the end of the day the crew leader came to my door with an invoice for over $2000, which was the agreed to quoted price when Bob Mramor came to my house to scope out the work. I was unable to get outside to check on the work and just paid the invoice since the crew leader said they were done. Several weeks later I was able to get out on crutches and found that though the flower beds were all edged and cleaned, they were not deep edged. Further, only 2/3's of the flower beds had been mulched. I emailed Bob about the issue, then my wife went to his business. Since he was never available my wife spoke to his wife the first time, then one of his employee's the second time. Bob finally sent out his team leader to inspect his work and take pictures. I never heard back and the job was never finished.

+ -1 moreThey were terrible. They damaged my lawn and my neighbors lawns. They often skipped us during the worst snowfalls. (But charged us.) They charge per push. And they never responded when I called to leave complaints. The only reason I didn't give them an F is because they do such a nice job on landscaping supplies.
Description of Work: First off, I buy a lot of my landscaping supplies here. I have no issues with flowers, mulch etc. I hired them to snow plow my driveway over a winter.

+ -1 moreIt was expensive, so I had to pay a little bit more money. I only had to pay the difference between what the cost of the two trees would have been. They are very good. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I used Kelly's Gardens & Landscape. A tree that they had planted a year before had died over the window and they changed the tree to another kind. They took up a tree that had died and replaced it.

Description of Work: I use Kelly's Garden & Landscape. They did some gardening work, and they put up Christmas lights. We had garden plants, and garden material such as top soil from them.

Description of Work: They re-laid a brick walkway, installed a gravel-covered area between the porch and walkway, and brought in topsoil/compost/sweet peat for a vegetable garden. They were supposed to re-install a picket fence but did not allow adequate time and materials in the estimate to do a proper job. The vegetable garden is a disaster; there is a problem with the soil and I am in the process of having it tested. The business owner has not even come out to look at the problem, and he did not ever come to inspect the job after completion. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but the owner has yet to respond or offer any resolution.
