replacement windows
+ -1 moreSales person and a technician showed up on time. Very friendly and professional. I selected a window type and was ready to sign a check. They were unable to give me a written estimate at the time. Two days later, the sales rep phoned me at 7 p.m. and told me what each window would cost. I agreed and told her to write it up and send me the estimate. One week later, I phoned inquiring about the written estimate. Was told they would send it. It's been over two weeks and I have not received nor heard from them. Waste of my time.
Description of Work: Wanted an estimate on replacing 10 windows.
