Fabulous. They came out on a Wednesday to stretch the carpet, and came back the next day to clean. Both men were punctual, professional, and friendly. Even scheduling the appointments was a breeze. I would highly recommend and will use them again.

I found Signature Carpet Company outside of Angie?s list, but because I am a member and had a very good experience, I wanted to let other Angie?s list members know about the company. It is very rare nowadays to find a company that cares about what they do and how they do it. I recently had a very bad experience with my bathroom remodel when people cared only about getting money. Quality and customer satisfaction were only selling points, after getting a contract they were forgotten. With the Signature Carpet Company it was different. When I called the company and explained my problem, they did not just give me estimates over the phone; they offered to come out and assess the situation and to find the best solution for it. Adam promptly showed up on the day and time frame he was scheduled. He spent time to check the carpet and explained to me what he could do. He suggested not only cleaning the carpet, but in the area where my cat peed the most, also partially removing padding underneath and replacing it along with wood strips which hold the carpet. I decided to proceed with this solution. Adam showed up on time again for the appointment. He was very careful with my property. He used covers on his shoes and corner protectors for the walls. About two weeks later Maria from the office called to check if smell disappeared. I told her that I still smelled something. She was very patient with me when asking details. Maria then said that she would consult with Adam and call me back. She did and said that Adam would come again to check. Adam came and replaced more carpet padding and put enzyme on both sides of the carpet. Now the situation with the smell improved. I want to thank Signature Carpet Company for the work they have done and that they cared.

Our ten year old carpet have never looked better! Dave performed the service and he was on time-polite-professional and did a great job. It was a pleasure to work with this company starting at the time of obtaining an estimate. This company represents good old fashioned customer service with outstanding service results to match. I will use them again without hesitation. OUTSTANDING!

They are absolutely suprerior. They were referred to me by a business owner friend. They are A+ in every category. They are so nice, accommodating, and thorough. I have white carpet and they did so much better than other carpet cleaning companies. They are outstanding.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about this company! I've had the carpets in my home cleaned previously by other providers (stanley steemer and master clean) and they were both much more expensive and did not do nearly as good of a job! The carpets in my home looked fantastic after the cleaning. They were able to virtually eliminate dog and cat messes along with stains caused from a fan.

Great I would recommend them for sure they were prompt and effective, personable and thoroughly explained the process to me and it was easy. I would recommend them to anyone.

I could not believe the difference in the cleaning they did on the carpet. We moved all the furniture our selves and they came in and were here for maybe two hours and by the time they were done I was really impressed with the cleaning of the carpets. I will use them again. I did request a call to have them let us know they were on their way and did not receive that call. It would have been nice so that we could contain our dogs before they got here.

Amber in the office was very kind and knowledgeable. The technician was punctual and was able to get out set-in pet stains without damaging Berber carpet. We will definitely use Signature again!

Josh has been cleaning my living room carpet , couch and other upholstered furniture for years. He is always prompt, polite and thorough. My furniture and carpet look as good as new after signature has cleaned them.

I was given a two hour window and they showed up 10 minutes into it. Right off the bat, that showed me they valued my time. The tech was courteous and did a good job. He even explained wet versus dry cleaning without much bias. There was no attempt to upsell like stanley steamer. It was refreshing to simply request a service and have it completed without the pressure to purchase something else and then get the look of disappointment. This was a no hassle experience and the rugs look great. I highly recommend them.

I spent $85 on their services. I’ve used them several times. I would refer them to a family member or friend. I will use their services again in the future. I think you get what you pay for. They might be a little pricier compared to the other places. I actually pay $200 but this time I just had them do only three areas. I’ve had them do the whole house where it’s $200 for the services. They are really good and that’s why they came to my mind right away.

Very nice to schedule. Arrived on time. Did a great job. Asked if there were any "spots" that were a problem before he started. Left a bottle of spot remover and pens. Carpets and furniture look GREAT!!

My house is on the market and I was concerned about the pet odor. We made contact and they came out the next day. The communication was great by phone and email. They shot before and after pictures, so I could view them on-line while I was at work. Seems to be a great family owned business.

When I first called to get an estimate, they told me about their company (family owned), the services they offered in addition to carpet cleaning - hole/tear repairs, etc. Scheduled within days, arrived on time and did a great job. They gave me a discount because the house was vacant and mailed the invoice to my home.

They do an excellent work and are quick and efficient. They are always punctual and call if can't make the appointment. We have recommended them to other people.
