Description of Work: They removed bats from my nice clean attic. Process also included caulking, new vents, new screening, removal of bat waste and santitizing of areas where they left waste. The young gentleman (Nate) they sent out to represent them was very knowledgable. He went about his job (explaining and doing)it extremely well.

+ -1 moreWe had a bat get in the house multiple times. I called Varment Guard. No problems setting up the appointment, guy came out promptly and seem to do a thorough job of looking the house over for entry points, however he could not find any. So he placed a few traps in places he thought might be the entry, came back a week later and none had been caught so he did some caulking around the chimney and that was it. Within a short time a bat was flying in my house again. Bottom line for me, I paid for their service and in the end was no better off.
Description of Work: Treat for bats.

+ -1 moreThey set the appointment on the spot after the free estimate. We live in the country so we have field mice, carpenter ants, bees and spiders. They will do a one time service or an quarterly treatment. we signed up for quarterly (priced reasonably). My husband is allergic to bees and they took it very seriously. Both techs that came out were wonderful. Very impressed, will recommend and continue to use them.
Description of Work: Came out for a free estimate, very knowledgeable, no pushy sales pitch. Just the facts and knowledge of what they can and will do.
