Description of Work: I moved my family to Ashland in June of 2013. Bought a house with Geothermal, I know enough to be dangerous but I know when I need an expert. I've worked in skilled trades and engineering my whole life and don't like bringing contractors into my home because I like doing my own work. Matt from Shakely came in and explained to me everything I wanted to know about Geo, at one point I asked him if he was an instructor! Come to find out he was! He did such a great job and along the way he found some refrigerant lines that were rubbing to the point of creating a hole, he separated them to avoid failure, that alone saved me a lot of money! Bottom line, so far my experience with Shakely has been fantastic and my Geo unit has worked flawlessly through the summer and now winter. Extremely pleased with Matt and his patience and professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Description of Work: I was looking for a reputable company to fix an exposed outside natural gas line leak. The person I spoke to said they didn't do that kind of work.

Description of Work: At the start of the heating season, our 5 year old home furnace (Trane heat & AC) stopped working. The installing dealer had gone out of business. We called Shakley on a neighbor's recommendation, since they were unlisted on Angie's list. They arrived with 45 minutes for a non-emergency call. Repairs were done in less than 30 minutes and the cost was $75.00. They mentioned that it might be covered under warranty but would need to check the serial number with the manufacturer upon returning to the office. What a surprise to have the technician call to say that the repairs had been covered by the manyfacturer's warranty. The honesty was a breath of fresh air!

Description of Work: I hired Rita and her girls to completely clean an empty condo consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room/dining room, kitchen, laundry room and garage. This condo had been occupied for the last 6 1/2 years and appears to have never been cleaned and the women did an outstanding job. I dropped off a key and told Rita the time frame she had and job was completed to my satisfaction
