The house we had him look at has supposedly already had an inspection done and were supposedly all remedied. Mike was able to locate outlets where the wiring was backwards and spots that needed patched on the roof. It surprises me that these were not found before, but Mike was extremely thorough and informative.

Extremely thorough! Gave a complete evaluation of every issue found and backed them up with excellent photos. Our home is a new build and several issues were discover by him. Once these issues have been corrected by the builder, we will make the final payment. This evaluation was worth every penny!!
