LONG'S FENCE DECKS & REMODEL

Description of Work: Called Jason Long from Longs fencing to give me an estimate for putting a fence in my back yard to keep my dogs and kids safe. Jason and I decided a Saturday morning for the quote was the best time for both of us. He was late. Had to call and leave a VM. He called back 15 min. later and said he was running a little behind. You could tell he just woke up. I guess 9:30am is too early to make a living. He came, gave me a rough estimate. I gave him two scenarios of fence size and design that I was looking at. I also asked for a price for just the materials, so if I couldn't afford to have him do it, I would still buy the materials off of him and he could mark the materials up, make money and not have to do anything. He said he would go back to his office and let me know soon of an exact quote. A week goes by and I have seen nor heard nothing from him. So, I called and had to leave a message. The next day, I called and left another message. I called a few more times without leaving a message. I even used two different numbers incase he was not answering my calls. Not sure how companies make money if they don't work. So, now this is roughly 2 weeks now and I have not heard from him at all. This is so bad. Even if he didn't want the job, just let me know. So, I don't have to wait around and waste my time because he couldn't make a simple phone call to tell me no. Pathetic!!
