 + -1 moreKathy came to my house twice to help me with cleaning. She is extremely very polite punctual and cleaned my house very nicely. She did an exceptional job and cleaned everything very well without me even telling her. She did an excellent job with cleaning the bathroom and cleaned the floors very well. She even cleaned the blinds and removed cobwebs from the corners of the house. She is also very polite and very flexible as well. She modified the cleaning as i requested..She brought her own cleaning supplies. I would recommend her without any hesitation.

 + -1 moreKathy was straightforward and did an excellent job. Now the floors shine and there's not even any dust on the mantle. She was punctual and polite. We are satisfied and would recommend. I intend to continue having her come every other week.

Description of Work: I did not want to put a price because we have had a long term contract. She cleans my workplace on a regular basis and has done so for many years. She does basic cleaning, sweeping, dusting, bathrooms, dishes, trash removal, etc. Will also clean carpets for an additional price. Her price has not been able to be matched by anyone competing for business.

 + -1 morePretty well - I have to keep in mind that my home was in fairly rough shape to begin with. Kathy's Kleaning works on a fee-per-job rate as opposed to an hourly rate, so I wasn't sure what to expect - having done hourly in the past. I felt satisfied with the results - everything was tidy, Kathy was professional and was at-task the entire 4 hours she was at my home. There were a few residual cobwebs or pet-hairs on washed surfaces, but again, what Kathy left behind was a HUGE improvement over my home's condition previously. I full expect that now that things are under-control here I will see even more improvement with her twice monthly visits!
