 + 0 moreHousekeeping by Heather is fine. The lady who comes now is not as thorough but she is very punctual. Sometimes she does extra work and makes a few extra minutes. The company is very responsive when there is an issue. I will continue to use them.

 + 0 moreWe have had 5 employees from this company in the past 2 1/2 years. The work is hard and there are no benefits; as turnover is high. The best ones get hired away. Two of the 5 were excellent - efficient and professional, 2 were average, 1 was too chatty, but good at cleaning. She is "stepping up." Heather, the owner, is very responsive to issues of her employees' clients, and will come & clean herself if she can't find an immediate replacement. I have been very pleased, on the whole, with our relationship with this company, and with the employees provided to us. They have all been trustworthy, also - important, since they are in your home!
Description of Work: General housecleaning - dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen counters & appliances, laundry room, hard floors. Seasonal extras, if desired.
