It went well. I suppose the best compliment is that when the city FINALLY got around to sending the arborists to trim the oaks in the tree lawn, the arborist asked who had done the apple trees. He remarked that they had done a good job. I will hire them again in the future.
Description of Work: They trimmed my two apple trees, and they cut back a city-owned oak tree that was overhanging my house.

Nothing happened
Description of Work: Called and set up time frame for them to come out and look at two trees on a Saturday morning to give me an estimate. Was told they would call before they came over. 11:30am came and I called to see when they thought they would be coming over. Had to leave a VM. Still waiting on a return call two days later. Wasted my whole morning waiting on them to not show up!! Very unhappy person!
