Crew came on time, good prices for the roof and work I needed done. Would use again if needed - but hopefully not!

to start with they were three weeks late starting ,when they did start the first day went pretty well,from there it was a total disaster,they tried installing the roof in the dead of winter,they acted like they had no clue as to what they were doing!they walked on the roof and dented almost every panel they installed!they also scratched almost every panel down to the bare metal,Had no clue as how to finish off corners and edges!Then,they tried to resolve it! they came down and put some panels on and walked and scratched them as they installed them!It actually looks worse now, than it did the first time!What is a man to do?travis guaranteed me that I would be happy with the job!Everytime I look at the roof I want to puke!

went very slow. his men would work only part of the day and would use my tools without asking and help themselves to beverages that were in our garage. He spliced the deck wood together and some of the siding is coming undone. When called about this he refused to honor his 5 yr. warranty on his work. We will need to find somebody to fix his mistakes.

Very Good response when first called. Understood the problems of an asbestos roof and promised quick completion of the job. Good communications throughout the job. Workers were all polite and curtious. There was some lack of communications from the business owner and his work crew. A couple of minor details were originally missed, but corrected after talking to the foremen. The only major problem was collateral damage to my house during the removal of the asbestos shingles. Some screens and a patio roof were damaged due to falling shingles. The owner responded quickly and a complete settlement was reached. We are completely satisfied with the comleted work.
