+ -1 moreFor such a small job I felt they went above and beyond for me. I did not expect such prompt service on a small repair job at a site they did not work on before. While the water leak repair took two visits to ascertain and repair they again did a marvelous job which is still working.
Description of Work: Need to replace a few shingles and repair a spot where water was leaking into the garage. The have come to replace shingles several times and repaired the water leak completely.

Description of Work: I'd asked this roofer to replace some rotted plywood sheeting underneath old shingles. He assured me that he would replace bad sheeting. My husband and I found later that he didn't do as he'd said he would. In fact he only replaced one bad piece because my husband happened to be on the roof with the roofer at the time that the faulty area was uncovered. Later, when we had work in two rooms inside the house done, we found that he hadn't fixed holes in the roof. He simply covered them with roof sheeting and shingles. I would never use this roofer again as I believe he is dishonest. He presents himself as an honest and accommodating individual but I would caution anyone who hires him to supervise his work.

+ -1 more6 men began at 6:30 A.M.. Removed old shingles and tar paper from south side of roofing. Replaced tar paper and new shingles. Began the tear off on north side around 12:00 P.M., and replaced with new tar paper and shingles. They completed this section and clean up by 3:30 P.M..
Description of Work: A complete tear off of tar paper,shingles and edging. Replacement of new edging, tar paper and shingles. Area clean up and disposal of waste.

+ -1 moreI hired Troyer Roofing to replace my roof. A number of houses in my neighborhood had roofs replaced in 2012 due to hail and wind storms that year. Mark came out and gave me a price that was within what my insurance company had quoted. He also helped me understand the insurance process better. I had to wait several months to have the roof replaced due to the high demand for roof replacements in 2011 and then winter coming. Mark stayed in touch with me during this time to let me know when he thought he'd be able to start working. When they came to replace the roof, they did so quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up everything around the house. I think I found one piece of material buried in some grass after they left. My one neighbor commented that my house was complete in a week and the house across the street took several weeks to have the roof finished (by a different company.) Troyer Roofing was impressive in customer service and did a great job on my roof.
Description of Work: I had an old roof that was damaged by hail and wind. My insurance company had given me a price to have the roof replaced. Troyer Roofing tore off the old roof and put on a new roof. They also put on new gutters for me and corrected the arrangement of downspouts in places.

+ -1 moreRay and staff came out on multiple occasions to repair shingles from wind damage and to find and repair a leak in our garage roof. While this was not a big job for them they performed each service quickly and efficiently. They showed up quickly after my first call on each occasion. When I need to replace the entire roof I will put them at the top of my list of roofing contractors to call.

+ -1 moreCame out prompty to quote. They had the best price of several estimates and had done work for others in the neighborhood. Work was completed in 3 days. They cleaned up very well after themselves and were most professional.
