Ken has completed all the work except the A/C outside. With the subfreezing temps and shrubbery that needs to be removed, he allowed us to wait for that part to be done a little longer. He only had us pay for the work that was completed so far and will allow us to call him when we are ready for the remainder of the work to be done.
Description of Work: We needed to have a furnace and A/C replaced and also needed to move some plumbing for a remodel we were doing. Ken gave us a complete review of our project and gave us an estimate within one day by coming over to our home and sitting down to explain the estimate. He allowed my husband to help with the project whick saved us a little money on the demo. Ken was friendly and very punctual . He called when he was coming so we would be ready for him. We appreciated his being thorough and professional. He did a fantastic job for us.
