Hidden Pet Fence of NW Ohio

The first call I got a vmail (typical w this company) but they call back pretty quick, on their cell phone! (Obviously they're on the job a lot if taking msg. an calling back between jobs) I got an apt within 2 days! W pets that's very important to have someone respond quickly! Once arrived he came did his job an was friendly throughout, he did give a discount because he didnt have to use all the equip. He thought he would (even though he still brought it all out which is what ur charged for usually) he knocked an additl $10 off just because he didnt have to use a trencher. Said it was a fairly easy job. . . He didnt have to so I thought tht was kewl. This is the same company that installed this invisible fence for me 2 1/2 years ago. An I had no problems with them then either! He offered me the collar I asked about for my very tiny puppy, he told me the pro's of the collar in.comparison to the others an the pro's of the others told me the price (which is the same online so I knew he was not just some guy tryin to rip me off) I turned dwn the collar in the end because of price an he had told me the retail.brands work well for what I need an the professional one he had wasnt really needed for what I was looking for, he was honest unpushy accepting of my answer right away an didnt try benefiting from me or my situation. I love this company id highly recommend them to others
