+ -1 moreHe was an hour late for a Saturday 8 a.m. appointment. I was in the market for a complete replacement of my heating system. He surveyed extensively and made a professional assessment, suggesting models available. Answered my questions. Told me he would drop off an estimate the following Monday. I have not heard from this company since. I lost a half day work/pay/time.
Description of Work: Estimate on replacement-upgrade of my entire heating and cooling system.

+ -1 moreOverall, this was a good experience! This is a family-owned company that clearly takes pride in its work. The company gave us an estimate that was the same amount as our payment. They were punctual on the day of service and professional. They wasted no time and set right to work. They made sure we knew how to program and operate the unit.
Description of Work: The company retrofitted a central air conditioning unit to our 20-year old furnace in our home. I believe the cost to be approximately as stated, but do not recall the exact amount we spent.
