Excellent. Very professional and I don't think I would be able to find a better installer. Had all tools and knowledge to do a terrific job. Would highly recommend installation and cleaning by mike.

This guy did a great job for the price, and he was a very nice person to deal with. Tonight I just had my basement flood again and I called him at 10:15pm in the evening, he answered the phone personally and he will be in my house at 8:00am in the morning with his equipment. You won't find a more pleasant person to deal with and you won't find a better value. He only charged me $40 for the first visit (water extraction) and only $60 for the second visit (carpet cleaning).

This is a service not to be missed!!! I got this guy's name from my daughter, and initially contacted him for a quote on installing new carpet in my large family room. I had some seriously stained spots, including one resulting from spilled tomato soup. After having both Stanley Steamer, and another highly rated cleaner from Angie's List attempt the cleaning, I was resigned to replacing the carpet. When Mike came by, he urged me to allow him to attempt the stain removal first, because he felt the carpet still had several years of wear remaining. He said that he would return, at least twice, to retreat, for the initial price of under $100, and if I was not satisfied, the cost could be applied to installation. The initial cleaning was more successful than any previous treatment had been, and yesterday, he returned, at no charge, to retreat the stained areas that showed a very slight remaining discoloration. On the same day as the original cleaning, he did an astounding job of re-stretching my bedroom carpet, poorly installed by Jamies, and ignored by them for well over a year. Holy smokes - Mike can do it all! He is still a small operation, doing all quotes himself, and doing most jobs himself, with only a single helper. He will soon be doing a cleaning job for me at my Port Clinton condo, so he does not limit his area of service. Mike is an honest, unassuming, professional, who does the work himself. Wow - it's like I've stepped back in time!!
