It went horrible. They did very little to market my home. When I provided suggestions on how to market better they would come up with an excuse for everything I suggested. The owner was verbally abusive over the phone when I gave feedback for his agents and I do not feel I have ever been treated so horribly. I had to retain an attorney to try and get out of contract. Fortunately, we did find a loop-hole to do so. I hired a new realtor and the house was sold in one day.
