It was an average experience . when I used them in 2015 or 2016 they were more efficient and half the price.. But I understand it's new ownership now things are different. I appreciate you following up on this service

They made sure they didn't get anything dirty. They put on booties when in the house. They took care of the item and I was amazed at how careful they were. They were very accommodating with my request.

Good. Would have been A's overall, but the company called me the night before and tried to renegotiate a small part of the deal. They did, however, take no for an answer.

They were very good. They sent two guys out and they did a terrific job. For what we needed, the service was perfect. The price was fair; it was good. It's a B on responsiveness and the only reason for that is they left one of their pieces of equipment behind and it took a few days for them to come and pick it up. Their punctuality was just fine. The workers were very polite. They didn't waste time. They were fine. They did what we needed to have done with no fuss.

Overall – excellent! Everything went smooth and in a timely fashion. Guys worked hard and were careful with my items and got the job done.

We were in a jam and forced to move quickly. Jeff came by at 9:00 AM on Wednesday morning, delivered an estimate, and had a crew with trucks on site by 1:00 PM. They loaded out and we locked the doors at 5:30 that afternoon. One of the crew even helped deliver some of our possessions - including our refrigerator - that night! Five days later the trucks showed up early and quickly delivered everything, set up the beds, and even rearranged a few things after we got most of it in the house. By 10:30 that morning they were cleaned up and on their way, with a final bill that was 20% below the estimate. Everyone involved - from Jeff, to James the driver, and everyone on the crew - was courteous, respectful, polite, prompt, and honest. This is our twelfth moving company across 11 different houses and J & R delivered the best experience you could ask for in a moving company. We highly recommend them for your next move -

Second time using this service, crew of four arrived on time and placed item without any damage to either item or house.

They were here when they said they would be. When the owner came out for the estimate and walk through, he went through all the details and information with me in detail. He even gave me wardrobe boxes to use, and then took them back when we were done. So I didn't have to worry about paying for the boxes, nor did I have to worry about disposing of them. The got everything moved in a timely manners. Everything was set up nicely in the house when they were done that day. You wouldn't have known there was just movers at the house that day unless you went in the garage and saw the couple of spare boxes. It was great, I didn't have to do anything that evening! The owner even had given me tips and tricks for packing things up to make the move more smooth. I can't say enough about them. My mother lives with us, and she has dementia so we were worried about her being around all the confusion the day of the move. So my sister took her out for the day. The movers were aware of the situation with my mother so they tried to get things moved quickly. When my mother came back, everything was in place, and she recognized her furniture and was not agitated by the change in her surroundings. If I ever move again in this area, I will be using them again. I cant believe how easy everything went. They were very fast and efficient. They had everything moved out, transported and moved in to the new home within 2 hours!
