Description of Work: Jerry was hired to put in a new stack . He promised a lot including replacing the drywall and putting back all the finishing touches , so that all we had to do was paint. We hired him because he said he could do this. He showed up when he felt like it and left when he felt like it. Jerry did not finish the drywaal as promised , forcing us to hire someone else to finish the job that he promised to do. Jerry showed up to pick up his tools and I asked when he would finish , he became very loud , screaming at me and my wife saying he would return to talk and talk and never returned leavung us hanging . Beware of what this man promises , he does not follow thrue.

+ -1 moreAfter repeated calls to Jay, I was given one excuse after another for 6 weeks. One week his helper was hurt, the next week he could not get in touch with my tenants, etc. At first they were all over this job, but as time went by they would not even return my phone calls! I have since given up on them & switched to another plumber.
Description of Work: They replaced the wax seal in the bottom of the toilet. The toilet was leaking from the tank & not around the bottom, so the problem didn't get fixed. I was told that they would come back & repair the leak, but they never showed up.
