+ -1 moreA little over one year after installation in our new house, carpet began to buckle up in multiple places. We called them and were told “that was normal”, and told nothing they could do. We finally had a good installer come out to look at our carpet. We were told it was a complete disaster of an install: mini-stretcher not used, not even kicked in on edges - simply cut and tucked. After 3 years, it looks like an ocean - full of waves all over! Go to someone reputable; these clowns will take your money and definitely do NOT stand behind their work!

Description of Work: Had United Carpet Outlet installers come and install all new carpet in our Living Rm, Dining Rm, all 4 Bedrooms and Hallway. Also had them install a new luxury vinyl flooring in our Kitchen and Family Rm. | The installer did and excellent job and were all professional and very courteous. Would recommend them highly.
