Description of Work: I never heard from the company even though the deal said they would respond to schedule service in 2 days. They also never responded to my message through Angie's List.

Description of Work: This is an addendum to my review on 8-4-12. I just got my Duke bill for July 2012 and it dropped to $200 from $600 in July 2011. This is much better than I expected given that this July 2012 was much hotter than last year and my new AC unit was running all the time. With this savings I was crazy not to replace my SEER 8 unit several years ago. Needless to say, I am even more impressed with H Macy Heating and AC!

Description of Work: Installed new American Standard AC and Gas Furnace (which consumer reports rates as a top pick). He did a great job and beat 3 other estimates by > $1000!. He and his 2 assistants are excellent craftsman and did a great installation in 2 rather than the 3 days estimated. Will Macy seems really honest and profressional. He drove out to show me system after it was installed becasuse I wall out of town during completion. My wife was very impressed. System runs quietly and an much more comfortable than the 20+ year system it replaced. I did a lot of research and bought the AC, the fancy air filter, gas funace, and no humidifier and no heat pump due to the low cost of natural gas vs electricity. He got it in right before the heat wave of Summer 2012 hit and I am greatful.

Description of Work: We needed to have our central A/C unit replaced with a slightly used unit we received from a family member. Will was very prompt and professional on the phone. He was able to make it over to my house on short notice for a free estimate. He and two of his workers showed up the next morning and performed the job. Will is very easy to deal with and he and his entire crew are very professional. They did a great job with the removal and installation and also didn't mind explaining what they were doing. Their price was very good compared to other quotes I received. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.
