+ -1 moreWe recently upgraded our television and called Sound Advice to have them come out and reprogram our MX-880. It has now been a month since I called the owner's cell, office, and sent texts and I cannot get anyone at the company to call me back. They are proving to be HIGHLY unreliable and claim it is because of too much business. I understand being busy but being too busy to even return a call or text is unsat. Do not give these guys any business. There is plenty of competition in the city.
Description of Work: We have used Sound Advice several times to install stereo equipment and speakers in our house. Overall they have done a nice job. One of their speaker craft boxes started smoking and burning in our cabinet about two years ago and they replaced it. They also installed an MX-880 RF remote so that we could keep all the cable boxes and stereo equipment in cabinets and out of sight. They did a great job initially installing everything but the MX-880 requires a degree to program so it requires them to come back every time you upgrade a component such as cable box, modem, television, or stereo.
