The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Based on how I was treated by her, I would never use their services.

I ordered a very ornate desk and when it came, one of the corners was badly damaged. I negotiated with the seller for a partial refund and hired professional service to fix it. It was an amazing reconstruction and it looks flawless. The desk looks as good as new. They were punctual, informative, and friendly. I would highly recommend them to others.

My 14 year old kitchen cabinets were fading around the handles and from sun exposure. Professional Furniture Services sent out 2 guys who came in with a kit, mixed color to match the cabinets and touched them up. Cabinets look great! The other alternative would have been to strip and refinish the cabinets which would have been very costly. I highly recommend the company!

It went great. The turn around time was quick and the work was outstanding. It is impossible to tell that anything was ever wrong with the chair. And to top it all off, they are very pleasant people with whom to work.

This company came to repair antique furniture that was damaged by movers (see review for Leaders Moving). Initially we had a bit of difficulty scheduling a time for them to come to my home, but when wee were able to find a time for them to come out they did a superb job! I had several antique pieces damaged by movers, one severely. The gentleman that arrived ( I don't remember his name), showed up on time (always a good sign!), quickly assessed what needed to be done and got to work. My antique washstand mirror & towel rack was broken in two pieces and when he was done I couldn't tell where the break was even though I watched him repair it. There was a large chip off of the leg of my mother's dresser and again he repaired it so well I couldn't tell it was ever damaged and my schoolhouse desk was the same. The repairman was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. I would definitely use them again. The $100 was the deductible I agreed to pay when the movers showed up, (I would never do that again!!) so I don't know exactly how much these repairs would have cost.

You can not even see the repair. They were on time, friendly, professional and clearly very very good at repair. Just amazing. Looking around for some other projects they might do for me. This particular job was a warranty repair.

I called the shop first and got nice welcome and directions to the facility. I took an antique maple chest I had just bought to have a the back reinforced. There was a split in one of the panels and I felt the piece was unstable. Ken was very professional and examined the chest and made suggestion about how they could fix the problem and also agreed that the back of the chest was original and should not be replaced. He suggested adding two boards like two that were on the original back as reinforcements. They stained these new boards to match the originals and it looks great as well as strong. They finished just as they promised and called for me to pick up the chest. Ken was not at the shop when I went to get the chest and there was one workman in the shop when I arrived so I helped load the chest myself. I was surprised when he told me that most people bring someone to load the furniture. This never occurred to me. The chest was unloaded for me with no problem so I did not expect this response. We got it done so I was glad I did not need to come back again. I am pleased with the work done but after getting the chest home and putting it in the bedroom, I noticed that a stain was on the carpet. As I checked the chest, the stain was not completely dry one section and had run onto the carpet. I wish Ken had been at the shop because I don't think either of these things would have happened. I still think this is a good company, concerned people who have a good reputation and this was an unusual situation, however these are things they need to address for future customers.

All worked very well. No glitches. It took about three weeks, just as they estimated.

Everyone that I dealt with at Professional Furniture Service was very helpful and professional. I'm very pleased with the work that was done on the cabinets and plan to also have them correct the color on the upper cabinets.

Excellent - he knew exactly what he was doing and he understood what we needed done. This finished work looked as good as new or as good as it can get.
