+ -1 moreI scheduled through Angi, an appointment for an estimate to replace a rotted-out windowsill. We scheduled an appointment for Thurs 6/29 @ 1 pm. Pat never showed. he called back 1.5 hrs later saying he was having tires put on his vehicle and it took longer than expected. We rescheduled for the next day Friday @ 11 am. again a NO SHOW /NO CALL. He finally called 5 HOURS later. If running late or know you can't make it, the professional thing to do is to call 1st. My time is equally valuable. If the situation was reversed, keep in mind that many businesses charge for NC/NS. I am at a lost as to how he got as high of ratings based upon my experience of being ghosted twice by him.

+ -1 morePatches does incredible work! We’ve used Patches on multiple occasions for jobs ranging from hanging artwork, building cabinets, electrical work, and painting. He completes every job as requested and is reasonably priced. We will continue to use Patches for future projects!
Description of Work: Painted, replaced kitchen pendant lights, replaced outdoor carriage lights, hung artwork, hung mirrors, build bathroom vanity cabinet, touched up island wood, and hung shower and curtain rods.
