Overall, our experience has been very positive. We have been using Babs for about 5 months now and have never been disappointed with the job she does. In fact, we have recommended her service to friends and they hired her as well.

Babs cleaned our house every 2 weeks for several months. Her work started out OK, but over time things began to fall through the cracks. Waste baskets in certain rooms were often not emptied. The shower doors were not cleaned well and a lot of soap film was left on them (by comparison my new cleaning lady got them absolutely spic and span on her first visit). Our hard wood floors were dusted but were never cleaned (our dog's footprints could still be seen on the floors after Babs had been there to clean) despite the fact that I had shown her the product to use and how to use it. Even after talking with Babs about the various problems she did not correct them despite promising to do so. I stopped using her out of frustration.

Had to call her back on last visit as kitchen floor had not been touched. She came right back, but after she left, the kitchen area smelled terribly of dirty socks and floor looked dull and smeared. Called her back again, she came back 3 days later and floor still looked dull and had a lot of streaks. Initially said that if it didn't take as much time to clean they would lower price but they never said anything again. Dusting was not very good either.

Not thorough, and while pleasant, not professional. Asked if we had a ladder to do top work, told her yes, then she did not do top work. Did not clean inside of microwave. Did not dust top of fridge, top of furniture or inside of TV armoire. Did not clean inside of shower. Called her to calmly discuss issues to try and address for next visit (NOT to fire her or yell at her) and she got horribly defensive and indicated that we were not clients she wanted. When my husband asked her if they had mopped kitchen, she said yes - which was a lie and impossible, since dogs were confined in kitchen the entire visit (I was there entire time). Would have liked to work with her, but Babs made this impossible. Will definitely not call her back or recommend.

BABS DOES A GREAT JOB. SHE PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND IS OPEN TO REQUESTS. MOST IMPORTANT TO US, SHE WAS SOMEONE WHO WAS RELIABLE. BABS HAS NEVER MISSED A DAY THAT SHE WAS SCHEDULED SINCE SHE BEGAN OVER A YEAR AGO. HER PRICE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE AND SHE IS VERY PLEASANT TO HAVE IN OUR HOME.
