I want to start by saying what a huge relief it is to find such a hard-working, dependable, caring, honest, and reasonable landscaper. This year has been a year of projects for me in my newly purchased home, and I was quickly becoming overwhelmed with sorting out the mess of quotes, landscapers, plumbers, handymen and prioritizing needs over wants. When I met Joseph for the first time, I felt a sense of care and desire to do an outstanding job- who would put me first as the customer and go out of his way to care for my landscaping needs. I am so relieved and happy to say that he's done that and more. He is an honest man who lives by good morals, choosing right over wrong even when the consequences mean additional work for him at no extra charge to the customer- just so the job is even better than expected and to earn your future business! He stands behind his work and treats it as his own with that much love and care. To further elaborate on Joseph, he wasn't the cheapest. In fact, out of all my bids, he was the highest (but not by much). However, I chose him because of the level of care he demonstrated upon meeting him and the number of outstanding reviews by other neighbors who equally love him and his work. And while I paid a little bit more for going with him and his company, I don't regret not a single penny. The old saying is that you get what you pay for, and that truly is the case here. He is the Cadillac of landscapers! He truly goes above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier. I promise you that you won't regret hiring him. He will quickly become a friend who will treat you right, just as he did me!
