Gutters badly needed replacing. Replaced all gutters with leaf guard. Crew was absolutely fantastic complying to my needs. No more roof trips was the best part. I would definitely recommend. We had reviewed different gutter options and tried some to avoid gutter cleaning. None worked well and finally settled on LeafGuard's approach. From initial contact and estimate by the representative to the end of the installation the experience has been totally satisfactory. The rep was knowledgeable and did not push "sign now and get a discount" so common now. The installers (Mike and Chase) were professional and their experience and dedication to their craft is evident in the quality of their work. The installation was completed on day 2 just as the rain restarted (had to stop on day 1 due to rain). They also did a thorough cleanup.

I would definitely use them again in the future. They were professional, courteous, kind and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them. They did a good job cleaning up. It was only suppose to be a day job, but they had to come back to do something.

They have a great warrantee and will go back and work on their product. They actually look for their product on houses and knock on doors to let people know about the warrantee (in case they purchased the house without realizing what they have). They are truly proud of their product and stand behind it. You can't go wrong with Leafguard.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied now that the gutters are installed. The only issues we ran into during our time with Leaf Guard was that we were told that we would be contacted within two weeks to set a time for the gutters to be installed. A month later, I called them and they set up an appointment to come over that Thursday and do the prep work they needed to do, and then do the actual installation on Friday or Monday. Thursday came and they didn't show. Friday and Monday came and still nothing. Then, Wednesday came and I came home to find the gutters installed. A little confused about how that worked, but the customer service people were polite and the gutters were installed in less than two months, which is quicker than I expected going in and they seem to be working beautifully.

Just an amazing experience. It was an absolute joy dealing with this company. Very refreshing to have a completely fantastic, satisfied experience in this day and age. From initial meeting with sales rep, thru removal of old and installation of new, to completion and inspection of finished work was very impressive. Could not be more happy. Fantastic service. Very professional crew. Estimator and installation crew where very informative. Job was explained and performed with great care and detail. Cleanup afterwards was very good as well. The estimator, Dave, followed up with a phone call after the job was finished to see if we were satisfied. We are extremely impressed with this company. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with LeafGuard of Cincinnati. Jeff, Jim, Jen and their entire team were great to work with from beginning to end. This was a big job due to the size of the house and the entire removal and installation went smoothly and in one day no less. The team at LeafGuard of Cincinnati were informative, punctual and professional through the entire process. I did a lot of homework with numerous other companies and I could not have picked a better company for the job. The installation was done perfectly and the cleanup was great too.

He responded to my house the next day and gave me a quote for the job that I wanted. I was very satisified. They custom measure the gutters while they were here. Everything was great. I had no need to touch base with them afterwards. They did everything they said they would.

They removed the old gutters, installed the new gutters, and made sure all of the nails were picked up and hauled away. I feel like I got what I paid for. We don’t have any complaints! The gutters come with a lifetime guarantee, which even transfers to a new owner; if the gutters ever clog, they’ll come out to take care of that problem at no charge.

This company was recommended by a friend/architect as the best brand to have on our home. Called and salesman came out, heavy on the sales part, had us watch video on computer etc...Told him we were purchasing due to friend recommendations so did not need to be sold. Told him what we wanted, etc..They came out next day to install. I like the part where they custom make the gutter on spot, however when a problem occurs it cannot be corrected as the truck has left. Installers were professional but was not happy that salesman did not relay my desire to have downspouts go all the way into pvc pipe and not use extensions I needed with previous downspouts. Full guarantee for life of house and 50 years to new owner if I sell. Noticed one gutter was 1/2 inch short, called, manager said he would get back to me...Two weeks later I needed to call him again, they came out next day and did something, not sure if it is really what I wanted . not happy about disconnect between my request with sales and installation not following through. Also, not happy with manager not making a personal appearance himself to talk about it with me.

The price was reasonable and everything was very professional. It was all according to what we anticipated it would be, we were pleased with everything.

I have their gutters and I love them. They came promptly. The work is extremely good looking on the house. They did the whole house in less than a day. It was good quality. They were on the higher end of the estimates I got but I went with them because of the quality of their product and the lifetime guarantee.

Work started when promised and was completed the same day. The clean-up was complete.

Salesman was pleasant and informative. Workmen arrived on day scheduled and did a good job removing, installing and cleaning up. The gutters were cut and molded at time of installation. Had torrential rains the next day and it was nice not to see waterfalls pouring down over my porch roof. They seem to handle even the heaviest rain easily. So far, I am very pleased with the product and would recommend the company.

My experience with this company was very good. Tim, the salesman, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Julia and Debbie, the ladies in the office, were also very friendly and helpful every time I spoke with them. The gutters were supposed to be installed on a Saturday, but they came a day early instead. Unfortunately, I was unable to be there when the gutter were installed, but the installation crew appears to have done a fine job. It hasn't rained yet, so I can't speak to the gutter performance. They have to be better than my previous gutters, though! The price of the LeafGuard gutters was comparable to other brands.

Leafguard installed the gutter system several years ago. We think that one of the gutters is clogged. They have a life time guarantee so we called to have them come out and check the gutter on our third floor. They were not very responsive to our needs. Said it would be several weeks till they were able to get someone out and left it at that. This is just a continuation of the lack of customer concern shown when the gutters were installed.

The workman was a little slow, but it was very cold which could explain that. Overall, I was pleased with the product & company representatives. I had a leak after installation, & when I called they came out & fixed it for me.

They gave us an estimate & then worked with the builder to establish when he would be ready for them to come out & do the installation. They had it done in no time, & it looks good & works well.

OVERALL, WE'RE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY AND THE GUTTERS WORK FINE, EVEN IN A SEVERE DOWNPOUR. WORKMAN HAD TO RESCHEDULE TWICE AS THEY DIDN'T BRING THE RIGHT TOOLS EITHER OF THE FIRST TWO TIMES THEY CAME OUT. AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, I CALLED WITH A FOLLOW-UP QUESTION AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, CAME OUT AND TOOK PICTURES, AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS.

AT NOON THE DAY OF INSTALLATION, I CALLED TO SEE WHAT TIME THEY WERE COMING. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD ANOTHER INSTALLATION BEFORE ME, BUT THEY WOULD DEFINITELY BE THERE THAT AFTERNOON. NO ONE CAME, NO ONE CALLED. THEY SHOWED UP THE FOLLOWING MORNING. A PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE.

THE WORKERS LEFT TWO BAGS OF NAILS AND METAL PIECES IN THE YARD FOR ME TO PICK UP. THIS IS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!
