Last week, our basement flooded and it was urgent we got someone out to dry the place as fast as possible. When I called Advanta Clean, they were able to get someone out within 24 hours. Garrett came out that next day and he was extremely helpful and prompt. He was able to get fans and dehumidifiers down in our basement within a couple of hours and gave us a great deal for them as well. Garrett provided an estimate the same day, along with detailed pictures of the damage that had been done by the flood. He offered fair pricing for the dry out as well as the cleanup and was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely work with Advanta Clean again!

We had the pleasure of working with Garrett for our mold concerns. The initial inspection was thorough as we went through almost every room. He was very informative and we could tell he really cared about our health and safety. We decided to go ahead and get mold samples and he came back that same day. Our results came back a week later and the report itself was very detailed and easy to read. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Highly recommend because of their professionalism and quick response.

AdvantaClean was our second quote for the mold removal work we needed done in our crawl space. Not only did they beat the other quote but he sent us pictures and videos while they worked. Garret and is crew were great to work with as they corrected the water damage from a broken tub drain. Once they inspected the initial issue, Garret took the time to examine the surrounding are to identify the source and provided the correct course of action to correct the water damage - it had crossed three floors of the house. The team that worked within the house were extremely courteous and kept the mess to a pair minimum. Which was amazing considering, they had to remove a tub, drywall, tile and wood flooring, and installation. Highly recommend the team.

Advanta Clean of Cinti. was very prompt. Owner came out on Saturday to access damages and by Monday they were here with a crew. They came daily until the job was completed. Some days the company checked the fans and moisture twice. Insurance company sent someone to do the initial work (they sent a different contractor for my area) and the company said it had eliminated the moisture. Found not to be true! There was still considerable moisture in the walls studs, rafters and crawlspace. In my opinion, the time delay caused by using the initial company/sub contractor caused more damage for our insurance company to pay. In the end, that cost is passed on to consumers. I would not recommend using someone the insurance company sends.

Very Professional! Came out same day in the evening and took care of cleaning up our carpet and began drying out our basement from water damage. Kept us informed and checked on the drying out process daily. Highly recommended!

Everything was done as stipulated in the quote. The new mold test was excellent with no mold showing.

Garrett came out and was not only extremely professional but clearly knew his stuff. He spent a good amount of time answering questions and visually inspecting all accessible areas of my home. Ultimately he did not recommend a mold test due to not finding any indication of water or mold and indicating that the scent we had was almost certainly not mold. He could have easily convinced us to do a mold test but ultimately knew it was not the right thing to do for our situation. His honestly and integrity were top class. If I do ever have a mold or water problem, they’ll be my first call. Thanks Garrett!
