+ -1 moreWe needed the appraisal on very short notice. Ron adjusted his schedule to meet ours. He arrived on time for our appointment, had already done some preliminary research. Very professional. Clearly understood what we wanted. Provided us with an in-depth report in less than 48 hours. Was available by phone to answer questions. Very helpful advice not only about he report he provided but also about selling a home in the current market. The report was thorough, complete and well presented. A VERY good value for the service, the quality of the report and short turn around time.
Description of Work: Real Estate Appraisal of home in preparation for listing for sale. Ron came to our house for measurements and photos. He then researched recent, comparable house sales in the immediate area. We had already asked another appraiser for a report which was inadequate and incomplete. Ron came through for us.
