Description of Work: The fellow did not show up for our appointment to get an estimate. He later called and asked me to send him pictures of what I needed done, I did so and he never sent me an estimate as agreed over the phone. I m back in NC and I have not heard from him at all.

Description of Work: Someone from Midwest Masonry came out to look at our driveway on May 16, but despite repeated reminders we never received an actual estimate. Apparently they didn't want the work, but we felt they could at least have let us know rather than have me waste my time trying to chase them down.

Description of Work: A man came out to take measurements and discuss pouring a concrete patio. He arrived on time and was very friendly and informative. He told me that a quote would be sent within a week but I never got one. I called a week after the visit and again about another week later and left a voicemail both times, but I have never received a quote. In the meantime, I've had a couple other contractors come out to provide estimates. Ultimately, I decided to hold off putting in a new patio this year.
