Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with. They are all very nice and professional and easy to work with. They did an amazing job with our home addition and renovation with attention to detail and consistency until the project was completed. They did such a good job you can’t even tell our home has been added onto! I would highly recommend Berger Building and would gladly work with them again.

Second large job Jeff Berger has done for us (gorgeous new kitchen was the first) and we are over-the-moon happy with his work. The new deck is fabulous. We kept the same footprint but everything had to be replaced. The new design has clean lines and looks sophisticated. We also asked Jeff to design & build a covered pavilion. We gave him our ideas and let him run with it and we couldn't be happier! He and his crew are amazing - professional, punctual and quality driven. He isn't cheap but he's worth every single penny. I'm already beginning to plan our next project with him - a total Master Bath Spa remodel!

Jeff and his crew were great to work with, I was very comfortable having them in my house when I was at work. Jeff made sure I was updated daily. He listened to every concern I had and answered all my questions. He consulted me with even the smallest decisions. I can't wait to have them do my kitchen.

I found Jeff on Angie's list after failing to find anyone to tackle the large home project at a reasonable price. He is very willing to listen to ideas and his goal is to be sure you are happy with the end result. He is very particular about the quality of his work. He is a great communicator. We either talked or emailed daily for the 4 month time period it took to complete the home project. He and his crew made sure the house was cleaned up each night before they left, even though we had moved to an apartment while the remodel took place. I grew up in the building business since my father owned a lumber yard. I worked there many summers while in high school and college, so I'd been on many home construction sites and saw the good and the bad. Jeff and his crew are up there with the best of them. I've had experiences with building a new house, an office, and going through remodels in the past. Our experience with Jeff was pleasant and I could never say that about any of the rest of the contractors I've worked with over the years. We were pleased enough to have him do my office project a few months after he finished our home. I'd hire Jeff again in a minute.

Jeff was very professional, listened to our design ideas and worked with us to plan the most logical way to accomplish our dreams. His workers were very skilled and consulted us when decisions needed to be made. Berger Construction accomplished the remodel which was extensive, tearing out walls, plaster, lathe, tiling, electrical, flooring, walls, drywall and rerouting plumbing. They cleaned up everyday and tried to keep the dust contained as much as possible. We are very pleased with the results. Our new spaces are beautiful and are what we planned.

I would not hesitate to recommend Berger Building for anything. If Jeff says he can do it, he can do it. I have found them to be reliable, on time, on budget, and trustworthy. He and his team are professional, courteous, and talented. I will be using them again and have found no one else to be as reliable and capable. They are not the cheapest, but their workmanship will stand the test of time.

We are very happy that we chose Berger Building Services to construct a new deck on the back of our house. We had been wanting one for so long and when it was time, we had 3 companies come out to give us a quote on what we wanted. Jeff came out to the house and gave us a detailed plan for how he would build the deck, then got back to us within a few days on the cost he would expect. We were able to give them a wide open timeframe for the completion of the project, which was ideal since they already had so much work ahead of them. Once they were able to start, the deck was completed in 4 days and we never even saw the crew there since my wife and I work 8-5 during the week. They were efficient and the new deck is beautiful. They even went as far as to fix the wood they were using to anchor the deck to the house since it was rotting from poor/cheap construction of the first deck that was there when we moved in. Even with that extra work, the cost was just as expected when all was said and done. We already love it and it has gotten quite a bit of use in the short time we have had it. Great work, friendly/quick communication, easy/painless transactions - 5 stars, thank you Jeff!

It went great. Jeff and his team were great to work with. Chris did an amazing job with the tile. They were extremely professional and polite. There was little disruption and mess in the house and they cleaned up each evening when they were done. There were issues found during the demo and Jeff was honest with us in regards to options to fix - and we were grateful for that. We actually enjoyed having them around and they were great with our two dogs who can be overwhelming to most. I can't recommend Jeff highly enough. We have already asked him to do additional work for us around the house.

Terrific! We love our new bathroom; the tile work is beautiful, the installation of fixtures (large and small) is flawless. Loved working day-to-day with Chris and Jeff, very responsive and accommodating to our changing schedules and requests. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had other quotes, one for 5000.00 and one for 6000.00, both contractors through Angie's list with A ratings. I now have a beautiful deck, actually bi-level, with a hot tub pad. I couldn't be happier Definitely worth shopping around when you are looking for anything.

This is the third remodel that Berger Building Services has done for us. Two of the projects were bath remodels and one was an outside project involving windows and siding. Jeff is easy to work with helping clients crystalize what they want to do. He's willing to offer suggestions or alternatives. All the work the company has ever done for us has been good quality. While any major interior project is somewhat disruptive, Jeff and Shawn are easy to have in the house, and they clean up at the end of the day. We certainly would recommend this company and will call them with future projects.

I initially got an estimate from Berger Building Services 2 years prior to the work being performed. At the time I knew I wanted to update my bathroom and I contacted three local contractors to find out what my options were. After meeting with all three contractors I decided to go with Berger Building Services because of the three contractors I interviewed Jeff took the time to listen to the things I wanted and to explain what things were reasonable and what were not. I have an older home built in the late 1930's and one of the things that adds value to my home is I still have the original doors and windows and it was important to me that they remain. One of the other contractors I had interviewed, who had outstanding credentials and references, and refused to keep my doors or the arches, I have over my tub and lavatory. Not only was Jeff's estimate several thousand dollars lower than the well-credentialed contractor more importantly he took the time to listen to the things that were important to me. Berger Building services did complete demo of the bathroom down to the studs, they then installed new insulation, electrical, mildew resistant drywall and ceiling, tub and surround, bead board, vinyl flooring, vanity, mirror, plumbing fixtures, and medicine cabinet. Overall it took about three weeks; we are very pleased with the high quality work for the price we paid it is definitely great value. I highly recommend Berger Building Services and look forward to hiring them again in the future.

From the first meeting with Jeff Berger, both my husband and I were impressed with his professional attitude and his willingness to work with us to keep the job within our cost parameters. He went over every detail of the job with us so that we would know what to expect. If we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately and in a very positive manner. His staff, Dave and Russ, were as amiable and professional as Jeff was throughout the entire job. Just to say that we were happy with the results of their hard work would be insufficient to describe how pleased we are with the final job. We had waited a long time to be able to do this remodeling and when Jeff and his employees were finished with this work, we basically had a new home! There is no aspect of working with Jeff that wasn't positive. Jeff, Dave and Russ are extremely hard working and talented in their craft and we would not hesitate to recommend them for any remodeling job and employ them again!! The entire job was completed within the estimated cost.

It went great. The builder assisted in filling out homeowner association forms. He obtained the necessary city permits. He kept us involved in the process.

When I called for an estimate, Jeff was right over the next day. I got the estimate within a week and they started the next week. Jeff is very professional and he knows his business. His partner Dave was also very good at his job. They demolished the remainder of the old bathroom and started from scratch to build me a new one. Everyday the mess was cleaned up. It took about three wks. to finish.I am a very picky person so they would have had to do a very awesome job to please me. It is my husband's bathroom and he loves it. I would recommend anyone that would like some remoldeling done call Jeff Berger ( Berger Building Services ) He won't disappoint you.
