As soon as Lowe's received our dishwasher at the local store, Bennett Home Services called to arrange installation. Stephanie was very flexible in adjusting to our availability. The installer was the most professional technician I've ever had. He adjusted the machine to exactly fit the space and conform with the cabinetry. The people at Bennett Home Services are FIVE STARS in every way. They are the best ever.

Unbelievable runaround. Bennett installed a dishwasher for Lowe's at our home. Technician told me "everything looks good...sign here." The first time we tried to load the machine, the upper rack collapsed on one side - was never attached. So...they installed a defective unit without verifying its operating condition. It's been 2 weeks...Bennett has refused to fix the unit because it is "defective." If so, they should have noticed that and refused to install the unit in the first place.

Bennett home services were awesome. They made it really easy. They called us in the morning to let us know the rough time of day and then called us with a 15 minute heads up to let us know they were on the way. Tommy was professional and thorough. We would definitely use them again.

Every part of the interaction I had with this company made me want to do business with them again. The guys who came out were on time, accommodating, professional, and got the work done quickly. I was left with such a positive impression I created an Angi account just so I could recommend them to others. I'm a single guy with a condo who sometimes puts off getting things fixed because it seems like a hassle, but I'm telling you this company made getting a microwave installed so easy for me - I'm thrilled.

We purchased a range and over-the-range microwave from Lowe’s and Bennett was contracted to install them. They were great! The rep who called to schedule was very friendly and accommodating. The crew who installed the appliances (one was Jerry, but I missed the other guy’s name) called the morning of and said they’d be at our house between 9-11 AM — and they were here at 9:05! Very professional, handled all the installation as needed and the haul away — even gave me time to clean out the space where the old range had been (holy cow — the dust bunnies!) before installing the new one. I was hoping they did other kinds of worn because I would hire them again. They said they are mainly kept busy doing installations for Lowe’s. Ah well.

This company is awesome! They called to schedule installation the day after we purchased the dishwasher & microwave at Lowe’s! Very professional, easy & timely scheduling. Installer Tommy was on-time, very professional, knowledgeable, a very hard worker and nice! When he left, there was no mess to clean. Very affordable service. I bought a top of the line Bosch dishwasher from Lowes. I paid $200 extra for installation. It turns out Bennett is Lowes' only installer in my area. The lady that handles scheduling was the rudest person I have encountered in years. She acted like she was doing me a favor to even consider installing my dishwasher at some remote date. Avoid this outfit. If they don't know courtesy, they are not likely to do the job right.

They were awesome!! When they picked up my dishwasher from Lowe's they noticed a dent. He immediately called me to let me know what he found and if I still wanted it. It was hard for me to visualize the dent in my mind so he took a picture with his phone and texted it to me. It was still hard to see with the photo, so he took the time to describe and when asked gave me his opinion. I agreed to go ahead and have them deliver and install. When it got here I could barely tell that a dent was even there! I appreciated his attention to detail. They installed, checked that it worked, cleaned up and were awesome to work with. I would definitely call them again.

They were suppose to come and do work for us and it was scheduled to be complete. They said they had the date wrong. They said they couldn't do the work. So we called the store and told them and we are going to have somebody else do the installation. The girl was very snotty about it. I will never use them again.

Great. Miller was the technician who came to my home. He went above and beyond his required task. Having removed the old microwave, he alerted me to damage to the wall behind it, and recommended that I have it repaired before installing the new microwave. I really appreciated his professional advice. It took extra time and effort for him, since getting the wall repair done meant that Miller would have to come back a second time. He was extremely courteous, patient, and professional about assessing my situation with a damaged wall, even though it would require extra time and attention on his part--at no extra charge to me. Once I had the wall repaired, he came back and finished the microwave installation. In between these two dates, I had to call Bennett Home Services multiple times with questions about the wall repair (for example, drywall or tile?) and what would work best for installing the new microwave. The office staff is also superb: polite and very knowledgeable. This is a small, family-run company, and the attention to detail is excellent.
