I'm not sure who this member contacted but it wasn't our company. First, we always provide a business card when we arrive. Second, when we come out, we either tell you up front that the job is beyond our scope or you have an estimate e-mailed to you within a week. Third, we can provide several referrals of clients in this actual neighborhood.

Description of Work: I have used John Lodder for years since I moved to my current address in 2001.We had beds created in the front of the house planted with seevral shrubs & a Japanese red maple tree. In the back we had a bed with ornamental grasses to hide the utility boxes. In addition 3 pine trees and an ornamental pear tree were planted. Since then, we have mulching & edging around the beds done every year. I am quite satisfied with the work & cost.
