I couldn't be happier with my experience with Bill. I was a first-time home buyer, and Bill made sure that I was informed through each step of the process. I was busy with work during the day, and Bill was always willing to meet in the evenings or on the weekends to tour houses. When the time came to make the offer and go through with the deal, Bill took care of preparing all of the documentation, explaining each document to me, and I was able to sign them electronically, which was extremely convenient. I would certainly recommend Bill to anyone searching for a home.

I was looking for a home for almost an entire year and Bill was patient with my long search. Once I started zeroing in on a few properties, Bill made time according to my schedule to show any homes that I was interested in seeing. I always felt that he had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process. He always had helpful advice, and was quick to reply to any emails, text messages, and phone calls. All the paperwork he sent me throughout the closing process was electronically signed and delivered, which made the process much easier for me. I would recommend his services.

Bill did a great job helping me find my new home and closing the sale. This was my first home purchase and he was very helpful in educating me on how the whole process works. Bill took me out to see many different homes which helped me to decide on what features were most imortant to me. He has a great knowledge of the local market and I think we found a great value in the property I chose.

I met Bill through a friend who knew I was on the market for a house. I had purchased some investment properties in the past through a very seasoned agent and had a great experience each time. After meeting Bill though, I felt like I could have an equally (or better) great experience. Bill proved me right every step of the way. I'm sure I annoyed him as I consistently had him tour me through beat up, smelly forclosed houses. Many didn't even have electricity. I remember him joking the first time I actually selected a "normal" house that had lights, windows that weren't boarded up, and didn't smell like rotting animals. I was impressed that each tour we went on was accompanied by a professional folder with housing info., comps, etc. Bill was always early and was always smiling, even if the weather was poor and my house selection was bad. I also had a knack for requesting houses in the $20-$50,000 range, which would probably mean Bill wouldnt make much on the transaction. Regardless, he did not ever show any irritation. In the end, I purchased a foreclosed house for $108,000, which was well below the asking price. Throughout the closing process, Bill was persistent in putting preasure on the bank that held the title and also followed up constantly with the title company. Bill was great.

I first met Bill when he showed me one of his listings. I told him I was interested in the listing but still wanted to look around as I'd just started searching for my new home. He was nice enough to set me up with an online client portal that I used to sort through all of the listings that met my criteria. He explained that by no means was I committing to anything but knew it would help me with my search. I contacted him a couple times by email to update the range of homes I'd like to see on the portal and he was always very prompt in helping me. After narrowing down my search I got in touch with him on a Monday and he set up a tour of 8-10 different places for that same weekend. The rest of the buying process was just as smooth as the initial search. He even managed to get my initial offer (a low-ball which I expected to be countered) accepted! Bill was very responsive when it came to my questions and made sure I was aware of everything going on from the time I made the offer to the day I moved in. I can't recommend his services enough! Do yourself a favor and at least call to have him set up your online portal.
