replacement windows
+ -1 moreI was not home when they did the work, but when I got home, I saw that there was large chunks of wood chipped out of the frame between the window and screen and they just left it there. I had to have a friend take 3 hours repairing the damage. He had to glue in the chunks, touch up the paint, and regrout. I actually got them through another company and when that company went to them and requested a refund of some sort, they pretty much said forget it. They also broke a couple 8-10 foot branches outside. They even broke my thermometer. They agreed to take away my old storm screens. They took away all but a few. One of the men from Vinylux came out and looked at the damage and took the remaining screens. I would not use them nor recommend them in the future.
Description of Work: They put in 20 storm screens for me.
