+ 0 moreFirst off this provider is very pleasant and understanding. They were very flexible. All work was done while i was at work. I was given a discount on a hot water tank which needed replaced. They were also able to clean the sewer line as i was trying to sell the house. Very kind, professional staff and very easy to work with. Will work with again.

+ 0 moreThey are on Angie's List. I've had him before and he's one of the best because he's very nice, very honest, very fair and he doesn't try to sell you anything that you don't need. He will do his best for you. He's just an all around good plumber and a lot of people that I know use him. I'll absolutely use him again.

+ 0 moreWe placed a Saturday emergency call to Robb after all of our drains in our basement backed up and flooded the basement. He arrived at the house within an hour. Our issue was pretty significant so he had to work several hours accessing, cleaning, and cutting roots in the drains to get the problem resolved. Once he resolved the main problem he recommend cleaning the other main stack in the house, and we agreed. Now we can be confident that we will not be needing his services for a little while! We have been using Unique Drain Service Inc for over eight years. During those times they have serviced my personal and bank owned properties. Over the years I have thrown several unique plumbing situations at Robb and Greg and they have resolved them every time and quickly. This team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThey came out right after I made my call, and charged me a third of the amount that the other company charged me. Had no problem giving me a 90 day guarantee after other companies had said that they could not guarantee their work.
Description of Work: Last fall I had my drains cleared out by another company and two weeks later I had to rent my own auger equipment to try to fix the problem again. After my attempts did not work out, Unique came out and helped me out. They also have hooked me up to Aurora city water and took care of a broken pipe.
