ULTIMATE FLOORING

When we scheduled the installation, I told Dick (the salesaman) that I wanted the carpeting installed at 10:00am and he started to argue with me and tell me that he couldn't send the installer out that late. Funny. In this troubled economy, I would think that pleasing the customer would be more important than ever. The installer did a decent job installing the carpeting but his van, which he parked in my driveway, leaked oil all over it. I called Ultimate Flooring and explained the problem and, to be fair, the installer did come back out and attempt to remove the oil stains. However, apparently, he did not use enough water to rinse the stain and the cleaning agent off the driveway and so the oil stains are not as pronounced but they are still there. When I called Dick at Ultimate Flooring to ask that someone come back and put my property back in the same state that it was before they installed the carpeting, he basically told me to go fly a kite.

Salesman was friendly and helpful, making suggestions on how to save money on service. Carpeting is good quality and was installed well.
