Good guys. Worked consistently giving it their all for 14 hours. I was impressed by their stamina. Unfortunately I was only expecting to have them for 10 hours, as that was what the guy in the office told me. But I don't think they took into account the amount of stairs I had. However I have no complaints bc they worked their tails off. Haven't finished packing so can't say for 100% certain that things are not damaged. But it's obvious that there's no obvious damage. I would recommend and use them again. Thorough procedures and nice to deal with.

There were actually three men as one was in training. All were very professional and careful with our belongings. They were all very friendly and courteous. They were very prompt in arriving and they worked fast. I was told it would be a five to seven hour move and it took exactly five hours. Two Men and A Truck is definitely the way to go. Would definitely use them again for our next move.

The last time I asked them to pack me they did not pack the silverware. I had to ask them go back to het them.

They were okay. Actually they had to carry everything up on a hill that was about 100 feet and about a 20% in height. They were so good about it. I would use them again in the future.

After my husband sold his business, he had a lot of furniture left over. We hired 2 Men and a Truck to move the big stuff to our house. There was an oversized couch, so it had to be taken down 4 flights of stairs at the office building (too big for the elevator). They handled the move with professionalism and courtesy. We warned them about the couch the day before the move, and they sent an extra man. So i give them extra for being responsive and ready to adjust based on the circumstances.

Two men and a Truck operates on the slogan of "movers who care". This is a complete joke and false advertising. They should be labeled as "movers at your own risk". Two guys came out to load my POD for a move across the country. It appeared that only one guy knew what he was doing and the other one was in training as he did not think about what he was doing. I provided them with blankets, cardboard, pillows, foam and bubble wrap but they were not used adequately if at all. Result: My antique furniture suffered deep gouges and scratches costing me over $2000 to repair. A gate leg table circa 1920 arrived with a crack on the surface. I was tricked into initialing a waver releasing them from any liability. When I hired them I expected professionalism. They could have at least warmed me that this would have happened and I would have moved my furniture another way. Who in their right mind would want their antique and vintage furniture to arrive damaged upon relocation. I feel it is my duty to warn customers of Two Men and a Truck's deceptive techniques, greed and trickery.

They had an A rating and I don't know how they got an A rating because it is dishonest and really bad. Their estimate was the cheapest of the quotes we got so we decided to go with them. I had my kitchen and study both 90-percent packed when we were ready to move. We had decided not to move our bedroom furniture so all of these things were removed from the job after we had gotten their estimate of $2,800. The ended up costing us almost $5,000. They under-packed some of our boxes, but still charged excessive amounts for packing time, wrapping paper and boxes. I talked to them about it and they told me as a rule, they have to pack everything individually. I think that is so dishonest. I had an old piece of furniture that is a family heirloom that was cracked, but I have not had time to tell them about that. I know they are responsible for fixing that. There also are some marks on my floor where they moved my washer and dryer. I have never seen anybody work so hard as their guys that were working there, including going up and down our stairs. I was concerned about the workers because they worked so hard. They used three trucks to move our belongings and they just have a way of making a job as large as possible. It was unbelievable to me that it cost $5,000 to move what we moved.

They were wonderful. We had truck. They loaded us in Ohio and drove us to Maryland. They were 4 college gentlemen and I called the office after it was complete and told them how wonderful they were. They were courteous and went above and beyond what I expected

The estimator arrived at the agreed time prior to the move and gave me an estimate to the penny. He was experienced, courteous and helpful. We agreed on a pickup and delivery. This company was the only one of several that would move me at MY convenience- both pick-up AND delivery at short notice during high moving season. Also their policy was single family moves only- this avoids contact with belongings from others on the same truck. The moving crew (2 men) arrived at the agreed time window , loaded and delivered on the agreed upon day within the time window on the contract. I was given a mobile phone number to have communication with them during the transport (from Akron, Ohio to Charlotte, NC.) Everything arrived intact in a new appearing and VERY CLEAN truck both inside and out. NO DAMAGE. There were no extra charges. I paid perhaps a little more than some of the other companies may have charged but in my opinion it was worth it to have such convenient and prompt pick up and delivery on short notice with such care and attention to detail as well as no one else's belongings on the truck with mine. Summary: A + in all areas. I will use them again if I have any moving needs. I recommend them unconditionally. I did feel confident dealing with them in the first place because they are ranked very highly on Angie's List.

Two Guys And A Truck has very hard workers, they stayed until the job was done. They did a great job packing with very little supervision. They are very professional and timely.

Excellent service. All the other movers that gave me quotes needed a 9 day window for delivery and not them. They delivered it right away with no hassle.Which was immediately. One load and delivered.

I had heard great reviews about them from Angies list, from my friend and my colleagues. So we decided to go with them. They gave us an estimate of 6 to 8 hours, which was higher than some other companies, but because of the good reviews we decided to go with them. To lower the cost, we thought we would do lot of prep work. So we dismantled everything, moved all boxes by ourself and moved a lot of stuff from upstairs to downstairs and lot into the garage. 2 guys came right on time. The loading went pretty well. They did bust my ping pong table, which they don't cover (no coverage for pressed wood), which at that time I didn't mind too much. They finished in 1.5 hours. Then the trouble started. They asked they can stop for lunch which would not be added to the total time. I said fine, my mistake was not to write down the time. They came to my new house which is 30 mins away after 1.5 hours. They then started unloading. I dont know if they wanted to meet the bottom estimate or what, but they started talking long time. 1st they took time to write down a waiver for the driveway since it was new. Then during unloading one guy was standing in the truck and giving the stuff. But most time when the other guy was putting stuff in the home, all he was doing was folding the mats. Finally they finished after 2 hours (lot of stuff just back to garage). In the end they changed me round for the 6 hours. Instead of 1 hour they put just 30 minutes for lunch. I complained to them and their boss and the owner did make it 5.5. hours, however I think they could have finished up in less than 5 hours. Also they changed 1.5 hours for commute to and fro from their office which is 30 minutes from either place and wasted time in documentation and unloading etc. Maybe it was my draw of the luck with these guys, but few recommendations: - If you go with these guys, either say no to lunch time or mark the time with them. - Get the estimate lower - maybe estimate with less articles/prep work. - American Eagle Movers actually had a lower price and they do by article not time. But I thought I could go lower by doing the prep work. Next time I would go with American Eagle.

Packing crew were punctual and very professional. They did a great job. Moving crew the next day was also punctual and professional. The only problem I had was that my front load washer had not had the stabilizing screws inserted. I showed these to the packing crew, but wasn't home when they finished. I was not in the house when the washer was moved. I'm not sure who was responsible for the screws, but they were sitting on top of the washer and were never installed. Next time I will personally supervise the moving of my washer.

The 3 man crew showed up on time, explained the whole process and were very professional. They were careful to protect the wordwork in the house and laid down carpet and hardwood floor protectors. They were very hard working on a very hot day. They did not charge for breaks. They were careful with the furniture and very willing to move things wherever you wanted them to. They had a wonderful attitude. I paid by the hour and the actual cost was two hundred dollars less than that. Also they did things to treat you very fairly i.e. a freezer was moved that shouldn't have been and they moved it back to the old house with no charge and did not give any hassled. Some grease was tracked in on the carpet and they took responsibility for it and the next day I was called and a carpet cleaner scheduled to come in to take care of it. No hassles and great service! I would highly recommend them and will use them again

It is a national company. They did the moving twice. They did a very good job. They showed up on time. They took care of things. They were very professional.

They moved be only about one street over. It was not a long distance move. I asked them if they needed me to unload the freezer and they said it was not going to be a big deal and they could move it with the food still in it. They unloaded the food in my basement, left all the food there and $700 worth of meat went bad. When I called them, they said it was their policy to not move a freezer with food still in it even though they told me it would be okay in this case. They refused to do anything about it. They didn’t finish the job because they had another job to complete that same day. They left some of my belongings since they didn’t have the time to move them. They cost me a fortune.
