Description of Work: They installed the floor, bathtub, wall surround,plumbing and glass doors. We opted to do the vanity and sink ourselves but has them do everything else. Even though it was just one worker, he had it completed in three days. He left everything spotless each day.

Description of Work: Installed bathtub liner. Handled some challenging problems well and finished the install in one day? Very responsive in handling a minor problem later.

Description of Work: Bathroom remodel. New soaker tub,new toilet, new tob surround, new plumbing in wall behind tub,new linoleum floor all purchased and installed through them. They also installed the vanity, sink and faucets that I had purchased elsewhere. They took out the old toilet, sink,vanity, tub, tub surround, glass shower doors and old linoleum tiles. They said it would take 3 days and they were right. One man did the entire job and worked constantly. Very efficient and very professional. I love my bathroom.

Description of Work: We had a complete remodel of a powder room and a master ensuite bathroom. The workers' experience and trade skills were remarkable. They were able to reconfigure our own pieces, install all of the new products and create solutions to problem areas that are above reproach. They worked tirelessly and extremely efficiently until the job was completed to their own and our high standards. The amount of pride taken in a job well done was testament to their commitment of doing their very best. There was not a speck of anything for us to clean up anywhere. I am well satisfied and impressed with this company and their personnel.

Description of Work: Replaced my bathtub with a walk in shower. I live the shower. When the work was complete I was told that seine would follow up with me. That never happened. I will call them eventually about some items. With this large of a purchase I expected a satisfaction follow up call. P

Description of Work: When I spoke to their receptionist/coordinator, she'd asked what we were looking for, so I was quite surprised when the gentleman was more of a salesman coming to pitch their products rather than someone who was more into design concepts. We did not have any work performed. A gentleman came and gave us an estimate and some ideas, but it wasn't the direction we were hoping to get. He was very nice and informative, but this service is more for people who already know what they want as far as design and are ready to start tearing out and installing new items.
