I am very happy with the service. Arborist Mike met with me in advance and took his time walking with me through the yard discussing different areas of concern and making suggestions. He returned a few days later with two very professional and well equipped technicians who did a very thorough job and cleaned up afterwards. Mike subsequently followed up with me and answered some post-work questions I had.

They did a good job. After the first treatment it really knocked out the weeds and I was impressed with this. They are very knowledgeable. They are very informative and helpful with the information received. They calle before they come out to check and make sure this time is ok.

Tree removal went very well. It was a huge old pin oak. Stump grinding took place a few days later. Allowing the ground to settle and old root to die, restoration of pavers took place a few months later. Ran into a little glitch requiring the grinder to return and a subsequent larger hole resulted in more fill and repaving than expected. The job was completed to my complete satisfaction. Everyone on the job was professional and cleaned up was excellent. I knew Davey might be a little more pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for. The peace of mind was worth it.

Got an estimate to cut down my oak tree and remove. They were to costly. I found someone that was going to do the job for almost half the price. It was a complicated cut and a lot tree companies saw that and either charged an arm and a leg or didn't want to do the job. They are a well known company. Their brand I trust, but the pricing was not correct for what I wanted to have done. Their quote was clear and detailed. They are always professional. I would use again if the price is right.

The work went predictably well. I have been using their services for the last 15 years. They are readily available for consultation, to answer any questions, give free estimates and schedule the work as needed. I would, and have, highly recommended their services.

They were very reputable about it. I would recommend them. I like their name.

They've done our lawn chemicals for years. We've been reusing them. They seem to do their job. Whenever we have an issue, they respond very quickly. The guy who does the applications is fairly knowledgeable about plants. We've also used them to do some tree trimming and things like that. They've done a fine job. Our experience with them has been good and we've been using them for several years. We've also recommended them to other people.

They were very acceptable. They did fine. They did well. The quality of work and responsiveness were excellent. It's a very good company.

It went just fine. They have been coming for a number of years. They come when I am not here. They are prompt, their prices are reasonable and the trees that they treat are healthy. We have never really had any issues that we have to communicate with them about. They come on their own schedule and I don't have to be here when they come.

They are very timely and they leave me a little note telling me actually what they have done. I think they have been keeping the pricing with most of the prices around, I think they are a little bit higher but they do very satisfactory work so I stayed with them. The quality of work is good. The responsiveness is very good, they always answer the phone and get me to who I need to talk to. They are always there when they say they would be. The professionalism is very good.

It’s been going great. They are the third- or fourth company we have tried and the weeds have significantly decreased in the yard. The yard looks nice and green.

I'm always pleased when Davey comes out and does something for me. They do a good job. After I call them, they're right there. They don't waste any time. They come out and take a look and tell me what's to be done and they go over it very thoroughly with me. When I tell them to go ahead and do it, they do what they're supposed to do and they clean up afterwards and everything is good.

So far, they've been a B+. I would use them again.

We used them a couple of times for the year. They trimmed a few tress and they put some stuff on the grass to keep bugs and insects out. They did a great job.

Nick & team did a fantastic job. I contacted several tree services, some of the quotes were significantly less than Davey Tree's, but Nick was the only person who recommended waiting until late fall to have the tree trimmed due to a disease that oak trees are susceptible to especially when they're cut. My tree is approximately 75 years old & therefore irreplaceable. And because I was having the tree trimmed during their slow season Nick gave me a discount. My neighbor also had a limb trimmed off a tree in her yard & because she had it done the same day I had my tree trimmed she also got a discount. Nick was always very personable, informative & prompt. He listened to what I wanted & remembered my requests several months after he came to give me a quote. The crew did a great job both on the tree & cleaning all the debris out of the yard. My yard looks better than it did before they started! They even cleaned up a pretty significant pile of twigs & branches that had accumulated over the last 10 years & left a good bit of wood for me to use in campfires & some for a neighbor to use in his fireplace. I would absolutely use Davey Tree again in the future & highly recommend them to anyone looking to have tree service done!

I love Davey Tree and lawn care. Over the years they have done many things. They've cut down two massive trees, trim my pin oak, every year they fertilize my pin oaks in the front yard; it's all tree related, I don't have them do any lawn care. As far as trees, they're fabulous. They're just very professional. They show up when they say they were going to show up. The one massive tree they cut down, this was years ago but they did an absolutely excellent job. I told them I want it cut and gone in one day and they did it in one day. They were really good with pricing, they work with me. It was a huge amount of money and they let me pay it in two months.

Removal process was very professional and quick. They had professional equipment and personnel to do tree removal service. After they removed the sick tree, they planted new tree in late July. About two or three weeks later, I noticed new tree didn't look good so I called the company to check if the new tree is ok. They told me they would keep monitor it until it settles. So I kept watering the tree and the tree looked all right to me. About two months later, I received a call from the company and they would have to remove the tree and get another new maple tree. I was very surprised by their follow up call after two months. Jeff Wernet was very professional and provided excellent service. He told me that he would continue to monitor the new tree through next year to make sure everything is ok. This is one of the best customer services I've ever had. I would definitely use their services in the future. Thank you Jeff.

Yearly maintenance is excellent. Japanese beetles kept to a minimum over the years. Very satisfied.
